STILLS—Nicky Bird and Stills commissioned these display vitrines for the exhibition titled ‘Beneath the Surface/Hidden Places' in May 2008. They were constructed from Oak Veneered MDF and European Oak and had a toughened glass top. A floating Framed Oak panel was incorporated inside each case as a surface onto which maps were painted by artist group In The Fields.
